The island of Sicily is truly an inspiration for both wine and seafood lovers. This month Chef Andrew Basch of Basch Cuisine will be featuring a menu inspired by the ingredients and culinary customs of Sicily and translating those to our local ingredients. We are happy to partner with Casa Vinicola Zonin as we pour the Sicilian wines of Feudo Principi di Butera. This menu will feature seafood paired with both white and red wines.
