Join us for a Chef Table dinner as we meet Chef Paul Syms of FlameStone American Grill.  Chef Paul will be preparing the following five course menu and I've paired each course with some amazing wine.  (Beer and cocktails will be available but are not included in pricing).

 

The meal will be $50 (including wine, tax and tip).

 

DIVER SCALLOPS

Diver Scallop with Saffron Lemon Aioli, Red Onion Jam, Smoked Chili Oil

WINE:  Rocca di Montemassi Calasole Vermentino DOC 

 

FLAMESTONE SALAD

Candied Pecans, Craisins, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette

WINE:  Rocca di Montemassi Astraio Viognier

 

CEDAR SALMON

Cedar Paper Salmon, Maple Lime Glaze, Camp Fire Vegetables, Bourbon Sweet Potato Mash

WINE:  Rocca di Montemassi Le Focaie DOC (Sangiovese)

 

PETITE FILET

Black Peppercorn Caramel, Sea Salt Fingerlings

WINE:  Rocca di Montemassi Sassabruna (Sangiovese/Merlot/Syrah)

 

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING

Homemade Nutella Ice Cream and Heath Bar Crunch
