A chef's table dinner series complete with wine pairings. Chef Victor Wang will delight us with an inspired meal from his kitchen to our table. Seating at this event will limited to 24 guests.
Although Zen Forrest is known for Chef Victor Wang's excellent interpretation of Pan Asian dishes, not many people know that his wife Chiara's family is from Italy. Once a year, Chef Victor and Chiara treat their employees, friends, and family to a feast of delights celebrating Chiara's Italian heritage. Using recipes that Chiara's grandmother carried over from Italy, Chef Victor puts his spin on these classic Italian favorites. This is a special and rare opportunity to taste part of an annual tradition as they invite us in for this great Chef's Table series.
